Six Senses Southern Dunes invites guests on an out-of-the-ordinary journey of discovery and enrichment. Constructed using locally sourced materials, the hotel is designed by British architectural firm Foster + Partners, renowned for its eco credentials. The resort’s architecture, design elements, and landscaping reflect the harmonious coexistence between Nabataean cultural roots and contemporary amenities.

Staged as an oasis complex, accommodations include a collection of 36 guest rooms and suites (ranging from 60sqm/646sqf to 90sqm/969sqf), featuring open-plan bedrooms and living areas, and an outdoor terrace to enjoy the serenity of the pristine landscape.All hotel rooms offer expansive views of Saudi Arabia’s wadi and desert dunes beyond.
The 40 pool villas are dotted in strategic locations to offer prime aspects over the unique desert peaks. Ranging from one to four bedrooms, villas are inspired by the shape of the dunes, with their double-layered undulating roofs creating their own unique scenery.
Inside, the interiors of the accommodation reflect the tones and textures of the Saudi Arabian desert, with soft furnishings drawing from the rich colors and patterns of traditional Bedouin tribal dress.
